Hi There, I saw your comment over on Anne's blog, I wanted to mention there's a cool website that takes long URL's and shortens them for you.. it's www.tinyurl.com, just go there and paste your long url in there and it will cough up a shorter alternative for you to use.

I found out I was pg until I was 11 weeks along just 2 days after I PR'd at a 10K! And I ran util week 36...she's perfectly healthy. So I don't really think you have to worry.
